Easyvoipcall INC, a global VoIP provider, specializes in delivering high-quality voice routes to wholesale customers through various trunks — including WHS, CLI, CC, TDM, OTP, and standard wholesale routes. As the business expanded, their account management team required a centralized and intelligent panel to manage customer traffic, pricing, and reporting with minimal friction.
To address this, we developed a custom CRM system built with Laravel, designed specifically for VoIP wholesale operations. The tool empowers account managers with real-time visibility into LCR (Least Cost Routing) rates, customer-specific price lists, export functions, and advanced reporting — making it easier to sell and manage VoIP traffic efficiently.
